Scope of Work: Concrete repair and installation of distributed anode system for corrosion control and cathodic protection to the reinforced concrete column supporting rooftop pool structure, application of floor coatings with pool equipment room, and select balcony deck reinforced concrete repairs, waterproofing membrane application and stucco repairs.

Engineering Services Provided: Condition Survey, Restoration Project Manual, Bidding and Negotiation Services, and Construction Administration.
