About The Founder

Brian Keiter, PE, SI, FMPC is the Principal Structural Engineer of Elevated Engineering Services, LLC with over twenty years of experience in the restoration of structures, the design of new structures, threshold inspection, condition surveys, the design of repairs, preparation of bid documents, and construction administration. New design projects have included retail space, manufacturing facilities, apartment buildings, and residential structures. He also has vast experience in the restoration and structural repair of wood, concrete, and steel structures ranging from one story structures to multi-story residential and commercial structures.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida in 1997 and his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas in 1998. His graduate research focused primarily on the repair of structures which has remained his primary area of interest and expertise over the last 20 years. In 2015, he trained and tested to become an AAMA Certified Fenestration Master (FMPC), advanced certification in the design and installation of windows and doors which are often involved in moisture intrusion issues experienced within building envelopes.

Continually learning and adapting to the ever-evolving restoration industry as well as staying current on new construction, Brian is well suited for both new design projects and restoration projects. Further, his strong engineering presence during projects fosters open communication among Owner, Engineer, and Contractor resulting in the best overall project results.
